What it does.
No call audio kept
Only a written transcript and summary, except a voicemail a caller chooses to leave.
You choose how long
Keep transcripts, messages and voicemails for 1 week, 1 month (the default) or 1 year.
- The owner or a manager chooses.
- The short summary and who called stay while your account is open.
Download or delete
The owner can download a copy of your data, or delete the practice account.
- We email a link to confirm, then review the request.
- Download a copy first if you want one.
