Your receptionist answers questions from your practice knowledge and takes messages, with no calendar and no bookings. The whole practice is on Solo at one flat price, however many clinicians you list.
Booking for a team of 4

Your receptionist books for all 4 clinicians, so that's 4 seats. Team has up to 5.
Extra minutes
After your plan’s minutes, from a prepaid balance you top up from $20 + GST.
Topping up
Top up $20, or $50 and get $52.50, $100 and get $110, or $200 and get $240. Your card is charged only when you top up, plus GST.
Texts to clients
A plain text up to 160 characters, or a text with a secure reply link. Alerts to your practice are free.
Calls you make
From your Salutant number, to landlines, mobiles and 1800 numbers. Never uses your plan’s minutes. Not to 13 or 1300 numbers.
Fax pages
After your plan’s pages (Solo 20, Team 50, Clinic 100 a month). The cover page counts. A fax refused outright costs nothing.
If your balance runs out
New calls go to voicemail until you top up. A call under way always finishes. Automatic top-up is off unless you turn it on.
Minutes count the time callers spend talking with your receptionist, rounded up to the next minute for each call. Calls forwarded to your phone or put through to your team also count from the moment they're answered, and if your own phone's voicemail picks up a forwarded call, that counts as answered. Voicemail messages left with your receptionist, unanswered ringing, calls you answer in the dashboard and your own test calls don't count. Included minutes and fax pages reset on your plan's renewal date each month.
